Permit Snags and Doggy Drama

Rumor has it that more than 100 dogs were living it up on Blair's property, though the numbers are more bark than bite until officially confirmed. Turns out, Blair's kennel permits had expired in 2023, and county agencies weren't able to get in touch with her despite their dogged attempts. This led to their impromptu inspection.
