From Hollywood to the City of Light

Aaron Paul, known for his iconic role in Breaking Bad, has officially traded the palm tree-lined streets of LA for the romantic boulevards of Paris. At a glitzy event during the F1 Las Vegas Grand Prix, Paul shared with the Daily Mail the exciting news that he, his wife Lauren, and their two adorable kiddos have set up camp in France's capital.

The move wasn't just a spur-of-the-moment decision. Aaron, 46, opened up about how the recent California wildfires were a wake-up call for him and his family. "When the fires happened in LA, we just knew that we were done with LA, so we sold our house in LA and moved to Paris," he shared, reflecting on their choice to embrace a new culture and lifestyle.

“We just always wanted to be around a completely different culture,” he added, making it clear that Paris was a dream come true for the Pauls.

A Fresh Start with European Flair

While Aaron admits his French isn't quite at the level of a native, he playfully acknowledges that he's mastered the basics like 'bonjour.' The family relocated not only to escape the environmental chaos but also to fulfill a long-time aspiration of living abroad. It's a chance for their young children to experience life in a vibrant, multicultural city.

The Pauls have already made waves by listing their posh Los Feliz home for $10 million. Nestled near the iconic Griffith Park, their former abode was a true LA treasure. But Paris holds a special place in their hearts, as it's where Aaron proposed to Lauren back in 2012. It's also where they dream of extending their stay beyond the initial year.

Beyond Acting – Business Ventures and Giving Back

Despite the move, Aaron is still hopping back to the States for his bustling career and business pursuits. Alongside fellow Breaking Bad alum Bryan Cranston, Aaron co-owns Dos Hombres, a mezcal brand with a heartwarming mission. The duo, who "talk every day," have chosen to reinvest profits into supporting the Oaxaca community in Mexico.

"There's no weekends for us," Aaron remarked, emphasizing their hands-on approach to the business. Their dedication has not only driven the brand’s growth but also fostered significant environmental and social contributions.

The move to Paris seems to be just the beginning for the Paul family, promising new horizons and adventures abroad, all while keeping a foot in their beloved entertainment industry back home.
