Cheryl Hines is finally breaking her silence on the swirling rumors surrounding her marriage to Robert F. Kennedy Jr. This comes nearly a year after whispers of a sexting scandal involving her husband and journalist Olivia Nuzzi took center stage.

In a candid chat with the Wall Street Journal, published just this past Tuesday, Hines remained tight-lipped about the alleged affair itself. However, she didn’t shy away from discussing the broader picture of her marriage. "I don’t think there’s any point to going through every rumor and headline to try to defend or explain it," she shared with the publication.

“Bobby and I talk about everything, so that’s how we move through everything, and we’re really good friends, and we trust each other.”

While Nuzzi denied any physical involvement with Kennedy, she admitted that their communication became "personal."
