Grammer’s California Conundrum

Kelsey Grammer, the iconic Frasier Crane, recently spilled the tea on his complicated relationship with the City of Angels. Despite calling LA home since the 80s, Grammer confessed in a chat with Fox News Digital that he knew from the moment he arrived, LA wasn't his vibe. "The minute I got here," he chuckled. Yet, the actor hasn't packed his bags just yet, harboring a love affair with the bustling city that's spanned four decades.

"I'm not crazy about it, but I also love it," Grammer mused. "We got nincompoops running things, but it's life, it's the way it is."

From Cheers to Frustrations

Grammer originally moved to LA when he snagged his big break on 'Cheers,' playing psychiatrist Dr. Frasier Crane. Raised in New Jersey and Florida, he began his acting journey in New York before Hollywood lured him west with its siren song. While Grammer’s career soared, his criticisms of LA's leadership grew louder, especially after the devastating fires in January.

The fires, which ravaged Pacific Palisades and Altadena, left Grammer with "a house full of refugees." He lamented the mismanagement of fire prevention, calling LA's leaders "nincompoops" and hoping for accountability in California's future.

Finding a Corner in the Chaos

Despite the chaos, Grammer remains optimistic about carving out his corner of paradise in LA. "I'm hoping that we find our corner in Los Angeles so we can keep our little garden, you know, growing and pristine," he shared. With eight kids and a bustling career, including his new film 'Turbulence,' Grammer juggles family life and Hollywood with aplomb.

'Turbulence,' a thrilling survival flick, sees Grammer as Harry, navigating treacherous skies in a hot-air balloon. It's a role that echoes his past work while presenting new challenges – much like his unpredictable LA journey.
