Lori Loughlin, the beloved Full House alum, is looking to part ways with her Los Angeles haven. The actress, along with her husband, fashion mogul Mossimo Giannulli, has placed their sprawling Hidden Hills mansion on the market for a cool $16.5 million. The couple originally snagged the property in August 2020, right on the heels of their involvement in the infamous 2019 college admissions scandal.
Nestled in the scenic enclave of Hidden Hills, this 11,800-square-foot masterpiece boasts six bedrooms and nine bathrooms. If that's not enough to catch your eye, the home also flaunts a home gym, a state-of-the-art movie theater, a refreshing swimming pool, a bocce ball court, and even a climate-controlled wine cellar. The primary suite offers breathtaking mountain views, a cozy fireplace, and dual bathrooms – the epitome of luxury living.
“This home is like a sanctuary, blending modern luxury with Southern California charm,” remarked a local real estate insider.
Before planting roots in Hidden Hills, Loughlin and Giannulli resided in a grand Bel Air mansion. Initially listed for $35 million in 2017, the price was later adjusted to $28.65 million during the legal turmoil. The Bel Air home eventually sold for $18.75 million. Despite the dip in price, the pair turned a profit and moved into their Hidden Hills retreat, which was considered a major downsize at the time.
The couple’s legal drama, which saw them accused of paying $500,000 for their daughters’ fake athletic recruitment to USC, led to guilty pleas and time served in prison. Lori, however, has since made a triumphant return to the entertainment scene, securing roles in When Calls the Heart spinoff When Hope Calls, Great American Family's A Christmas Blessing, and a guest spot in Curb Your Enthusiasm.
Loughlin has also taken on new challenges, such as portraying a law enforcement officer in the Prime Video series On Call. Reflecting on the role, she expressed newfound respect for those in the field. "The experience gave me a whole new appreciation for law enforcement," she shared with Entertainment Tonight.
